According to the CDC, the range of BMI for normal weight is: 18.5 to 24.9
The CDC online calculator shows that my BMI is now: 24.4
(based on 5' 8" and 160.8 lbs.)

If I were 122 pounds, I would be at 18.5 and the low end of "normal."

Just curious, do you miss carby foods like cake or potatoes etc?
