This is my first post after reading this group for over a year. Thanks for a great resource.
I've been working out for 15 months and went from 146 lbs. - 162 lbs. My waist size has remained roughly the same. (30"😉 My routine consists of only 4 or 5 exercises: squats and deadlifts, bench press, pull-ups, and an ab exercise. Am I making decent progress? Should I add any additional exercises at this point?

Don't know; how much are you squatting? Deadlifting? Et cetera.
Sorry if I didn't provide enough info. Bench is 168 lbs. (3 reps), squat / deadlift 120 lbs. (10 reps), pull-ups (12) my weight (162 lbs.) BTW, I'm 5' 10", so I was pretty darn thin at 146 lbs. OTOH, compared to many I'm still thin at 162. 🙁

Benching more than your squat and deadlift is a really, really bad sign.
I would commend you on sticking with working out for 15 months. Your persistence is a virtue. Based on the limited information that you have given, here are my opinions. Your pull-ups are fine. Your bench is okay. With 15-months training I am really surprised with your squat and deadlift numbers. Are you putting effort into these exercises? These are two of the best exercises. Do you have any injuries that you did not mention? You also did not mention your age or gender. Have you been increasing the weight that you lift when you can handle a certain weight? If you are healthy I would suggest that you work harder to get these squat and deadlift numbers up. I don't feel like I am being much of a hardass when I tell you that you should at least be working out with 1x bodyweight on squat and deadlift (eventually it could be much higher than this with proper training). It might be a good time to evaluate your workout and diet (are you eating healthy food?). My response is in no way meant to discourage you, you asked for our opinion and here it is. Work hard and smart and you will improve. If you have any questions just ask.

Dunno about really really bad. Prolly just means he likes bencher's titties.
OP, you should be working squat and DL harder--what's holding you back?

I kinda like the extra perkiness, myself; but that's no reason to neglect squatting.
