  1. ..... for a whole week! I cooked a nice organic chicken in the slow cooker
last night and I have a pan of lovely stock to use for soup.

What would you make for yourself??? I suspect you have more choices than me
because I don't like hot or spicy food🙂

I shall pick the meat off the bones for some chicken soup, but what to do
    with the rest?

I just had a lovely cheese omelette for lunch and not a carb in sight🙂)
    (well almost)

    🙂. Chocolate Mousse:

    Dump:

    Heavy Whipping Cream
    Droste Cocoa powder
    Splenda

Into a Magic Bullet or a plain old blender. Lixivate. Eat. Rejoice
    therefore.

This also works with any flavoring or Da Vinci syrup. For a real
dessert you can fold in some frozen raspberries.

    or:

Cold Day Lucky Mushroom Soup of the Five Ukrainian Treasures:

    Mushrooms
    Butter
    1/4 onion

    Fry.

Put that chicken stock in there or veggie boullion or water, or
    something like that.

Stir it up and then add a couple fat spoonfuls of sour cream.

Share with a friend with whom you would like to Get Lucky.

This is actually adapted from my *favorite* lc recipe -- the original
    is here:

    know if I Get Lucky.

wowwwwww!!!! I will be making that tonight🙂)) Thank you!!!

I think when normal cooking is making my SO's dinner and then I have the low
carb components out of it. This is so cool to be cooking only for
    ME🙂)))))))))))))))))))

  4. I'd make one of Myra's cheesecakes, all for myself :-) Then I could
have cheesecake for breakfast and snack every day.

That will save you. Have 1 slice /day for breakfast / snack for 5 days and
then let everyone else eat some.

Or one slice for breakfast, one for lunch, and one for dinner, for 5
days. That leaves one left over so you can honestly say "I didn't eat
    the whole thing!" :-)

There is no, everyone else. Just my David🙂

Actually I just daren't make something too yummily sweet. I don't usually
want something sweet at all, but if I do eat something, it sets me off for
    more🙁

I have chickened out of making that lovely thing c suggsted, but I did make
the soup and it was delicious🙂

Oh, use less splenda and add some sour cream. You can lower the sweetness
and increase the richness. Put some berries on top or blender them up and
    put inside.

I always count the ingredients and then cut into 16 slices. With the liquid
stuff, the carbs are very low and you can make it fit into a weight loss
plan (if you want to, that is).
