10-12 hours per day. I had to quit, it was an excuse to ignore myself or
as I told Chung, the Trainer trained everyone but himself.

I was never into the drug scene, other than the occasional joint..........I
had a sister who tried the diet pills though, she wound up in the hospital.
Almost died from a heart arrhythmia.......bad stuff any of that stuff, that
messes with the heart rate........I don't even approve of those energy
drinks, although my son downs them like no body's business.

Nurses are bad to do that too.........we're too busy working double shifts
due to the shortage and that leaves no time for us, especially if we have
