That's funny - I never think of either of those as requiring recipes;
they're just something I do with the ingredients:
Potato Salad
Red-skin potatoes, boiled and peeled; chunked or diced
oil and vinegar-type dressing
Hard-cooked eggs, peeled, and chopped (1/3 as many eggs as potatoes)
Green onions, chopped
Celery, chopped
Miracle Whip dressing or mayo
Peel and cut the spuds while they're hot, dump some oil-vinegar dressing
on them (Think Wish Bone Italian dressing) while hot and let them cool.
Add everything else, combine and chill. Use within two days.
Pasta Salad
Sturdy pasta, boiled, rinsed, drained
Vegetables of your choice, blanched and chilled (carrot slices, broccoli
florets, cauliflower florets, snap peas)
Olives if you wish
Green onions in 1/2" lengths
Cherry tomatoes
Wish Bone Italian Dressing
Combine all, chill, and serve, If there's too much dressing, the pasta
will absorb it,
(Please turn of your caps lock key - it's hard to read.)
