I DID NOT do any exercise during my weight loss. I only started exercising
about 2 1/2 months ago to reshape my abs, butt and thighs. I've lost all
the weight I safely can (I weigh 108 pounds and wear a size 1) so I had no
choice. I hate it but I'm getting results so will continue.

Quoted message said:Hmmm. Interesting. I stopped losing weight at 40 gms/day. I was
thinking, for me, maybe 40 would BE maintainance...?
So, I dropped back to 20 a week ago. But, I was already having the
headaches, even at 40. So...if I have to go to 45 to stop the
headaches...Im afraid my weight loss will also stop, altogether.I bet you get a LOT more exercise than I do. (the average paraplegic
gets more exercise than I do!)Im starting to think...I probably just need to get offa my butt and JUST
DO IT, like the Nike commercial says. If I up my carbs AND seriously UP
my ex., that will be the winning combo.Much as I hate it....(WHY do I hate it so much???) Im just gonna have to
do it. Clearly, if I stop losing weight at 40 gms, BUT have
headaches...and if I need 45 to make the headaches stop....the only
other factor is the ex. right? There's just no getting around it. (and
god knows, Ive TRIED!)Ive got a bad attitude aout exercise.I didnt used to, but I do, now.
Believe it or not, there was a time when I walked 6 miles to the gym,
worked out for an hour and a half and walked back home five times a
week! But that was then...and this is now...
I gotta get a new 'tude.
