They are of course charged to my discreet 'Swiss Account', but the
gratuity alone for those 'little extras', comes to a great deal more
than a paltry 50 Oz bucks per session!!

If I were to be charged by the inch, at a modest 9 inches per thrust,
and an average 1500 thrusts per copulation, I would be a lot poorer
than I am now, and may well be in an overdraft situation.

However, an agreed price for the 'full works', means that I have no
need cut down further than the 3-4 times per day I currently enjoy!!
