Really...so if I overdo it and need to drop the hammer strength guess
what...me no hurt afterwards. If I overdo it with a barbell I'm
    DEAD....that's D-E-A-D....hmmmmm...YES, machines ARE safer !!

If you're dumb enough to bench outside the power rack without a
spotter... think of it as evolution in action.

Wow...I didn't realise just how many free weight snobs there are out
there. People who think that if you don't lift free weights you are not
doing anything. There seem to be a lot of people who think that they
are better than everyone else because they use free weights..

    Name Three.

    I LIKE hammerstrength equipment.

I understand you have decades of experience designing and building
exercise equipment. If that's the case, I would like to know why you
like HammerStrength. What other brands do you like/dislike and why?

Why don't you just ask for a biography or something simple like that??

That is a big question. If I get some time in the next day or three, I will
try to answer this, a little. That is a big question and one of these days,
I plan to write much more on this sort of thing.

everyone has access to free weights, not everyone wants to use free
weights for every exercise...some people like a good mix of both free
weights and machines...to each their own !! There are advantages to
free weights and I recommend that everyone who's goals are to do more
than get a little exercise do some free weight exercises. There are
also advantages to machines as they tend to instill good form.

You are full of [censored], as usual.

I use HS machines for my curls. I also use cable machines for lats. And I
still usually use HS for military press. I use the HS crunch machine and
    the iso row as well.

It is a big question. I look forward to reading whatever you post on
this subject. I haven't looked, but I wonder whether anyone has
recently posted a detailed article, a book chapter, or even a book on
this subject. (Needless to say, such things would only be valuable if
    they contain accurate information.)

And, ok, you can weave in your life story. Just don't ask a couple of
people on this NG to be your biographer. ;-)

    I wouldn't think of it.

The mere mention of farm animals would drive them into some kind of lustful
    frenzy.

In my case of course the 'ladies' are ones where there is no need to leave
    $50 on the dresser table!

I have never suggested nor would I that you have consorted with budget
priced ladies! (probably you would be invoiced on a monthly net 30 days
    basis??)
