They started roasting the biggest pig I'd ever seen before I even woke up. And by the time the post-Wedding celebration party got going (around 8 pm), it was ready to go.
We have a roast pig every year for our subdivision picnic. They stuff it full of bratwurst and cook it all day. I've never had such good brats. I just eat them and avoid the pig entirely. Great stuff. Mark

I think you just devised my new diet. 🙂
I'll have to look around for the mackerel. I don't recall having ever
seen

this in the stores. Would it be near the canned tuna (which I'm tired
of).
Usually it is near the tuna, look on the lowest and highest shelves.

Reminds me of my younger years. Those prom nights! (Flashbacks..)
Stuffing the pig with sausage reminds you of prom? I can only imagine what your date looked like if that's true.
Well, Easter went well except for having to dig through the "buffet" in order to find something to eat. Luckily my family is big on polish sausage and ham. Someone had made an 'egg bake'.. usually eggs, sausage, cheese. Unfortunately the creator had put mashed potatoes in it as well. I didn't realize it until after I had eaten it and they were sharing the recipe. When I mentioned that I hope I didn't screw myself my sister-in-law stated, 'Well, you don't have to be fanatical about it'.

I'm not sure how to take that.
So, you don't have the skills to tell from the way she said it?
It could have beeen a humorous reply.
Unless you didn't mean the question in spite of asking it.
