    Wasn't me - when I went to reach for your ass, there was already a hand
    there. Now *that* was creepy!

    This might be a clue: the back of the hand was kinda furry.

    Since you're not training to be a fast runner, spinning vs. running are the
    same, aerobically.

    It's the time and intensity that gets you into shape (better wind, lower
    fat%, muscle tone, better cholesterol profile, etc)

    However, running does strengthen the bones, while exclusive cycling can
    reduce bone density, even in healthy males. So it's good to keep running in
    the mix.
