I was watching some clips of Lance in his cycling shorts and he
doesn't look like he's missing his testicles. But didn't they remove
them when he had surgery for cancer years ago? In the clips his
crotch looks very full in the spandex shorts. There's quite a big
bulge. Did he get testicular implants or does he wear a cup?

sewn-in pad (called a chamois) in the seat that runs to the front. Similar
to a Kotex but flatter and wider 🙂 This pad serves to ease the hotspots
that happen when spending a long time in the saddle. The pad also helps
keeps the male genitals (genital in Lance's case, presumably) pushed up and
out of the way so they do not get sat upon while riding. This is not
comfortable and is to be avoided. So in short, the bulge you are seeing is a combination of chamois (pad) and
supported male external genitalia.Steve

Jeff*Not that there is anything wrong with that;-)

This sounds like something I'd be curious about... but even I'm not!!! Actually, now I'm never going to be able to look at old Lance without staring at his crotch.
Anyway, I'm sure he's had his testicles replaced with those fire balls that generate a spark when you knock them together. Why else would he be so fast?

ago they were made with aluminum alloy. Probably used aluminium in
GB. Ha Ha; my spelling checker spat up its lunch.--

suitable. It would save him having to fit a bell to his bars 🙂Graeme
