Just filled it in, but the "what do I do with it" is a variable answer, according to what I've got to hand and may range from burial to loose rock cover.
Perhaps you may wish to add a note asking what happens to the paper... I used to leave it with the poo but now I bag it and either carry it out or burn it.

I sometimes use a plastic bag, but you have to aim carefully :-)
