I found one site that said that but FitDay says that 1 cup of soybeans,
mature, cooked, boiled has 15g fat, 29 g protein, 17g carb less 10 fiber,
so only 7 g per cup. I figure that with the liquid and other contents a cup
of cooked beans makes 1-1/2 cups of soup which is definitely an adequate
serving. Same amount of navy beans, cooked, is 48 less 12, net 36, so there
is quite a difference.

| white ones but haven't used them since I found that out.
