Well, Dutch turned up to the start, with all the rain behind him, and
complained about it being too wet (that particular patch of rain
lasted a lot longer than the radar indicated), so went back home. The
rest of us continued on, and of course it had basically stopped
raining. A bit cool, but the sun came out just in time for Ess not to
woose out of Clintons Rd 🙂
Ritcho decends like a deamon, especially around corners. I was taking
corners in the wet slowly 🙂 But I was pedalling flat out just to hold
onto the back of his wheel, while he was coasting.
Ritcho -- where you turn off, that road joins back up with where we
end up going. Turn off with Ess -- he goes to the same place as you,
basically.
Watching Paris Roubaix -- ouch. Got in just in time to see the crash.
Phil Liggett misprounced "That's not very pro" as "That was a very
amateur mistake". Lama needs to teach him how to speak 🙂
