Ken Knecht said:What's your favorite bean burrito recipe? I'm a fiber addict and make
them frequently.
I use whole wheat burrito wraps if I have any otherwise regular
tortillas, El Paso refried beans, a bit of strong cheese - blue or
whatever, thin-sliced meat (sausage, cooked chicken or whatever, chopped
onions, and I apply some enchilada or taco sauce to the top of the
wrapped result. MW for 5 minutes.
Suggestions? I live alone so avoid large recipes.
One suggestion is that you realize that this is a cooking group.
Assembling a burrito from freakin' CANNED REFRIED BEANS, some kind of
meat ("whatever"😉, and some generic "enchilada or taco sauce," and
then microwaving the thing for FIVE MINUTES, is not cooking. Either
you're a troll, or a bozo.
Did you ever consider COOKING beans?
Tell you what, why don't you take your sorry ass to a taqueria? You
know, where the undocumented Mexicans eat. Maybe then you'll know
what a decent burrito even IS.
