  1. Weighed in this week (forst time in 3 weeks) Up another lb.
    I have picked up my activity though. so far this week 6
    miles walking in 2 days. Working to be back to lifetime by
    this Sat. (next weigh-in)

  3. Chris the up another lb is a caution, you need to get back
    on track, it is much easier to lose 2 to 3 poulnd than 30.
    The main thing is back to meetings and writing things down.

  6. Hey - at least you're still keeping a close enough eye on things that you
    can catch it before it gets away from you, if you see what I mean. It'll
    probably take your body a while to get settled down to the maintenance
    thing. I find any changes i make take a couple of weeks to take effect, and
    if I lose heart too soon, and change 'em before I let that happen, I just
    confuse my body. Hang in there, keep doing what you're doing, and hopefully
    you'll see the results really soon 🙂
