Please tell me how to configure a graph like yours with rolling 7 & 28 day average TSS ?
Also how do you factor in your non PT rides ?
Thanks
Peter
The spreadsheet is a simple paste in from Cycling Peaks and then I just add in two extra columns for rolling 7 and 28 day totals.
I haven't had any rides that I didn't have power data so it hasn't been a problem, but after collecting a years worth of data I could estimate my TSS based on historical data if I had to.

Apologies for my ignorance but am really struggling to get this chart together in Excel - any chance you could post me a link or some more detailed instructions as to where exactly the data for the new excel chart is pasted from in CP (I assume it is a new chart in Excel and not copied from CP as is)

I have a spreadsheet that I put together this year to develop my training plan and within this is a TSS/IF worksheet that will graph the data. Refer to my notes in that sheet.
To copy from CPS you will need to click on the "copy raw" option in your TSS/IF graph and then paste into my spreadsheet.
If you can't get this to work you can email me off list at thorman at scottthor.com
