Hi All,
I'm new to running as have only been running for about 4
months so please bear with me if any of my questions
statements are a bit thick :0)
I initilly bought a pair of New Balance 1040's as they
were in a sale (I am a tight scotsman). I have since found
out that these are for mild to moderate over pronators.
Having looked at the way I run, I think that I may be an
under pronator, as I have a high arch and seem to run on
the outside of my foot. Due to this I'm getting pain in
the outside of my right foot and this is limiting the
distances I can do.
I've seen people mention that the NB 855 is a good trainer
as it's wide and cusions right the way across, but the
literature states that this is for over pronators too.
Can anyone give me a difinitive name of a good pair of
trainers that's for neutral to under pronators that offer
lots of cusioning (as I have eaten all the pies (220lbs)).
Thanks in advance, Gavin.
