Damn, I'm 12th on the list. In my defense, I've posted a file or two on here before. And I've also got a dandy one from last weekend's team ride (over 4 hours at an NP of over 240 😄 ) Anyone wanna see?

Just because you have a long, hard one to show doesn't me that we need to see it... Proof, is not required.

    😉

I quite frankly wasn't too appreciative of your statement that stated unless someone's a superman and/or lying about their numbers a guy/gal couldn't get on the list...It's called hard work, my friend.

Chew on this for a moment, while you're in Mexico sippin' margaritas, I'll be out in my garage on the trainer in snowy Vancouver, BC - just as happy as if I was on some beach...have fun...

    Oh Tony Tony Tony

I don't give a [censored] whether you apreciate me or not. I do feel sorry for you though, being unable to take some time off your rigid training program for a break in the sun.

(Yeah I know I spelled appreciate incorrectly. Kiss my ass.)

Guess my FTP was on the low side before. Either that, or the Tempo/L4 I've been doing all month is really having an effect. Or maybe both....

95% of the power taken from a 19 min. climb on a group ride (didn't intend on setting any records/testing...even backed off on a few sections.)

Now I have to figure out how to reset FTP and not screw everything up on my WKO.

I got an FTP. It's about 240 right now and I weigh 73 kg. Average numbers for an average joe.

  6. 315w @ 66kg

been racing 1 year. wattage seems to be going up around 10w every 2-3 weeks with just steady sweet spot riding so i guess i'm getting somewhere. i like to think so anyways.:o

After a couple of months of Tuesday-Thursday indoor sweet spot type workouts I tested myself on Saturday using the 95% of 20 minute power method. The only thing that was different this time was that I was in my time trial position on my converted road bike. I've heard that FTP in a TT position is a little less than in a typical "road bike" position (on the hoods). I don't know if that's true or not but I'm hoping it is because that means I've improved even more than I thought🙂

Yes! I just thought about this during my FTP test today.🙂 Do the honors or shall I? It would be your 1001st post.

I guess I will copy over the entire old list?? Or just those posted in the last 2-3 wks?

edit: i figure option 2 is more logical .. keep it fresh for 2009 .. .
