    Wasn't warmed up properly, alas - didn't get to leave till too late.

    No tribars either. About a year ago the pad came off the left bar. I
    bought some plastic glue and tried to reattach today, but it didn't
    work.

    I think properly warmed up and with tribars, I should be able to average
    24. Then I have to start working on actually going for it. My heart
    rate was prolly only about 150 during this ride.

    I did 27:04 in horrible, horrible weather. It was also the first time
    I'd ridden one on fixed gear and 48/15 was just that little bit too low.
    Serious bike cleaning tomorrow night :-(

    terribly depressing.. I must be really slow then ;-(

    Anyway, next 10 is on Wednesday so a few more days to prepare. I think I was
    trying to push too hard a gear on the uphill parts..
