yes it is. my bike is quite mobile!

Wasn't saying it was too far to travel (root 4100~5000 miles at the
worst)
[mind you cycling 70 miles each way is a bit more than I would like to
do]
basically that in that large an area there will be more than 1
congregating/meeting point.

I've a similar question (but a smaller target area!) - i've just moved near
Dumbarton, about 15 miles north of Glasgow. The CTC website lists about 15
road clubs in the area, but the 2 or 3 i've rang up all talk about training
for time trials and the like. I just want some like-minded people to do 50
or so miles with on a sunday morning to give me more reason to get up n out
when its raining (which is *every* sunday in the west of scotland). Anybody
know of or part of any of the Glasgow area clubs that might fit the bill?
