not far outside of Golden, Colorado and is one of my favorite parks in
the area for riding. Check it out if you have a chance.
I took more pics during climbs, not because I needed the rest, really.
Okay, having a camera makes for a great excuse to stop. :-7
Go to the Biking section of <http://www.sunastar.com/>. My new little
camera survived today's ride even with my bike landing on top of me,
so I'll keep doing pics.
Are these the four waterbars on Maverick right after a teeny-tiny water
crossing? I remember them well. I was at a clinic with an instructor
and two other newbie riders. It took me something like four or five
tries, but I finally cleared them all in one go. Then I rode up to
Tonya's bike and saw a snake sunning itself right next to it. Tonya was
not pleased! The snake, miffed that we didn't make it welcome,
slithered off into the grass.
I need to go back to that place. I think I've been mildly scared of it
ever since The Fall (which happened right before the four waterbars).
