  1. Is nail biting associated with diabetes? All my life I've
been biting my nails, but when I went on low carb diet, had
long periods of time, when I was not doing it. I even had
periods, I had to trim my nails, grow so long.

    Thanks, JS

Of course nails are 100% sucrose. So biting them gives
    you diabetes.

Phytic acid / inositol hexakisphosphate has been shown to be
efficacious for heavy addiction / anxiety disorders AND ..
    diabetes ..

So .. since it is an iron chelator .. it .. just .. may ..
BE .. iron related / diabetes related .. DUE TO the HIGH
incidence of iron load IN those with diabetes.

  6. Thanks, but the problem is, I'm a very relaxed person, too
relaxed, don't have anxiety disorder at all. I also have lot
of patient for fixing computers and things, seems other
people around me don't. Like to travel, I'm a happy type,
like to talk , converse and friendly with people, my father
    use to call me "SMILEY".

I'm not addicted to any thing, don't smoke, never did,
don't know how, I don't drink, other than some beer or vine
    for a meal.

I have no urge for execes!

So, I'm a kind of screwed up person, compar to others, who
    have addiction to

smoking, being look good, lying, cheating, guns, money
    spending, show off etc...,

So, I guess never gone make TV or national headline, like
the average Joe's on Monster garage.

    Hi JS

I don't think diabetes is the problem.

You have too little irony in your diet. This can lead to
unrelieved stress and tension. Stress and tension can lead
    to nervous habits, including nail-biting.

Maybe, on the low-carb diet, you were also happier and
    less stressed.

The prescription is to relax and have some fun.
Incidentally, Some people consider getting laid as having
fun, so that would appear, depending on your current
relationships, to be very good advice :-)

  9. Some enjoy it, so can't be work. Also, can be more rewarding
financialy than being a plumer, for example. As I seen on
HBO, showing a happy house in Nevada, they get $1500/ hour,
make over 200K a year, for having orgasm for all they. How's
    that for a pluming job?

  10. When I was younger, use to dance a lot, take girls outs to
discos. I still enjoy music, play the guitar and remember
was biting my nails. Lot of guys analfabeta , when it comes

hormons or vitamin, rather than the common belief of stress.

I drove them home from work in my cab for many years. It was
work, and they rarely enjoyed it. So rarely that most
wouldn't admit they did it. The accounting requirements for
brothels must be incredible, considering the number of girls
who told me they only did the books there.
