Hey, "Mary" (probably Matt in the real world)...are you
stupid, or what? You posted this same [censored] a week ago in
these ng's, although last week you claimed enemas helped you
to lose 5 lbs in 1 week.

There is absolutely no evidence that our colons need any
artificial "detox" programs...a good diet that includes
fiber and vegetables will detox our innards just fine.

BTW - for anyone who is interested, here is the domain
    registration info for enemakit.com:

P38 Media LLC [email hidden] P38 Media 1441
Pennsylvania St Suite 18 Denver, co 80218 United States
    Phone: +1 (303)3931165

Perhaps [email hidden] would be interested in your
    feedback...

That website is hosted by media2host.com - they might be
interested in hearing that Matt (or, "Mary"😉 is spamming
ng's. You can send an abuse report to [email hidden]

  3. Ha Mary/Matt? 😉

    ppl like u i call [censored]-neurotics...

why do u wanna "Clean" your inside.. there i so single
studie or something that its healthy, helps loose weght
(only the stuff u got inside)... and i dont think thats a
good idea to do it regulary!

if u want to "Clean" u.. eat some fiber... there u can be
sure u will loose weight by feeling fuller, u can even lower
your cholesterol and triclyzerides and no problems "going t
the toilet" ;P and u WONT loose minerals and stuff... just
dont use the "senna" ones 😉)))

    take care all...

    Michi...

man... i wanna talk something other than green stools and
    enema... *doh*

On boy oh boy just what the doctor ordered, a goose with a
gush. Wash out all those old wallets and wood shavings
clinging on to your colon walls. Actually you should try a
pressure wash like you use to clear your deck - it really
gets into those hard to reach nooks and crannies. Do you
use flavored fluids like douche's? I hear leeches will also
    cure insanity.

Ya Gotta love her/him/it's humor. Her and Chung can open a
practice together...Chung and Bung..I can see the sign over
the door - "we are number one in number two."

The people who will make money from this will find it
useful. Considering that enemas can be harmful, like causing
perforations of the colon or electrolyte imbalances, they
    are not recommended.

So the second part of this is that some people will find
    them deadly.

The herbal detox programs are total wastes. There is no
science to suggest that they work.

    On second thought, don't.

Quackwatch is the single worse piece of bigoted garbage and
is as reliable in my view as Mary's garbage spamming. They
are two sides of the same idiotic coin.

Enemas certainly have a place in healthcare. Purging and
detoxifying procedures are used in many traditions (e.g.,
panchakarma). I would prefer more evidence-based medicine
and certainly advise GREAT caution before undertaking these
approaches. But I would not reject them in their entirety
nor would I accept a syllable of the quackwatch bigots.

Enemas have a place in healthcare for intractable
constipation or impacted bowel. Traditions of purging and
so-called detoxifying doesn't make them necessary or
healthy. Not one of the cleanse- pushers can name a "toxin"
that these cleanses "purge", and most of them repeat the
lies about waste build-up and imaginary intestinal mucous
that doesn't exist in the medical world.

Meanwhile, a $4 prep for colonoscopy leaves the colon clean
as a whistle, while expensive "cleanses" and "detoxes" and
colonics leave feces that have to be cleaned out with said
    prep before colonoscopy.

Aside from their resistance to low-carbing, most of the info
at Quackwatch is excellent. Contrast with Dr. Mercola, who,
aside from his acceptance of low-carbing, has a website
filled with one of the largest collections of alt-med
quackery, claptrap, and false scaremongering rumors on the
    entire internet.
