Two things strike me.
1. The second last week has a lot of training volume.
2. The last week has very little training volume.
IMO there is too abrupt a drop off, going from over 7.5
hours two weeks out, to 1.5 hours the last week. Its called
a taper for a reason, and should take at least three to four
weeks. The entire program should be long enough to give you
sufficient base well before the taper.
My advice is to stick with the program, and see what
happens. its too late to change anything now. If you are not
satisfied with your results, or feel crappy on race day, try
a different program next race.
I recommend looking at "The Triathletes Training Bible"

If I continue to follow the Tri magazine's schedule here

Any suggestions? Should I just stick with this? What
