vitamin absorption

  1. Does someone understand how this occurs at the cellular
    level. When I take a daily multi-vitamin, I know it is
    absorbed into my bloodstream because I urinate bright
    yellow, but it there a waste product also being excreted,
    or does this bright yellow urine indicate lack of
    absorption in cells?

    You've simply consumed more riboflavin than your cells need,
    and the remainder is excreted.

  3. It's what your body is NOT using. Some of it is because your
    body just didn't want it and other times your body did not
    absorb it.

    Pills have a 10-30% absorption rate.

    How can you increase absorption? How can you determine what
    your body really needs?
