I like Hendrickson's Dressing. It is made with sweet vinegar
and olive oil. I have used this for almost a year. It beats
all of the other fat free dressing. One serving 2 tbs is one
point. Only one store carries here, so I buy if online they
also have individual packets that I buy and use at work or
take with me to a restaurant. Here is the sight
www.hendricksons.com. Not affiliated with the company just
like the product.Patsy

oil and plenty of garlic, and then cut it half and half with
'virtually fat free' yoghurt to use in things like tuna Mayo
filling for baked jacket potatoes, add herbs to the mix for
use as a dip for veggies, and add chopped chives if I'm
making potato salad. You end up with a much better flavour
than any bought lo-cal mayo for the same point value.

I don't make any of my own but have found the "Just Done
Right" brand to be good. Usually 2 grams of fat--1point per
2 Tablespoon. My favorites are Ceasar and Blue Cheese."Tania" <[email hidden]> wrote in message

Suzy Q posted a recipe during the summer for a great dressing. Thanks
for reminding me - I lost the recipe but was able to find her post:Suzy Q wrote: I made dressing yesterday with:
1 cup FF cottage cheese 1 package Ranch dressing mix milk
Put it all in the blender and added milk until it got to the
right consistency. Mine figured out 5 points for the whole
thing, so about
1/2 point for a serving. It was delicious, even DH liked it.Tania said:

I second the balsamic - I just found White balsamic - a bit
more mellow and reasonable for cooking but I think I prefer
the regular for salads. And use it plain with an occasional
spice addition.krys said:
