Hi,
Does anyone know how many points the spinach salad with
chicken is at wendys? TIA Mobjoe
There is no nutritional info on the Wendy's site. I used the
info for the Chicken BLT since the ingredients were the
closest to the spinach salad. I counted it as 8 point
without any dressing. I only put a tiny bit of dressing on
mine for probably another point. Nice salad for a dinner.
Too many points for lunch.

Straight from their website (hope the link works for you):
wendys.comProduct.jspOpen ↗
Or ... 6.5 points without dressing and croutons, 9 points
with dressing only,
10.5 with dressing and croutons. This is calculated using
US points and the sweet and sour bacon dressing. On
the link above, you can substitute other dressings if
you'd rather.

Oh pooh! The link doesn't take you to the special
nutritional info for the spinach salad. Ok, to find what I
did - click on the *home* button at the top. Once their you
will see the advertisement for the spinach salad ... click
on *click here to learn more*, then on the link towards the
bottom right side on the next page that says *spinach
chicken salad* in black bold font. This should then take you
to the page with the nutritional info for the spinach salad.
Check the boxes for what you want included in the
nutritional values ... or uncheck ... to your little heart's
desire. <G>

When I get to page 2 I first have to pick US vs Canada.
Then my choices are: the complete nutritional PDF (no
spinach salad listed), Explore Wendy's menu, Start bulding
a meal (doesn't work with my browser), Learn more topics. I
don't see the link at the bottom right side of the page for
the spinach salad. Laura (whos been looking for 2 week for
this info)

I tried several times to down load the wendys pdf file
yesterday and did it today. I would of never found the salad
by itself.

That's really bizarre. I tried it again, and was able to
easily get to the nutritional info for the spinach salad.
Yes, I did have to choose between US and canada, but the
info is there for both countries. I've tried this in
Explorer and Firebird, both give me the information for the
spinach salad. After chosing the country I'm taken to a page
that has the spinach salad pictured and description. At the
end of the description is bold type that says "spinach
chicken salad" ... click on that and it goes right to the
nutrition info. I have no idea why you can't get to this
page. Have you tried clearing out your cookies, cache and
history? Maybe this will allow you to view more current
changes to the website?

Very bizarre indeed. I disabled my add blocker (AdSubstract
Pro) and fired up both IE and Firefox and get the correct
page. It is only with Mozilla that I can't see that page
properly. I'll have to spend some time comparing settings
with firefox to see what is different that could be
blocking it.

Now that makes no sense at all to me. I run an add blocker
on both of my browsers, but I believe they are built into
the browsers themselves. But since the wendy's site doesn't
throw off pop-ups, I have no clue as to why you couldn't
reach the specific webpage. And are mozilla and firebird
that much different ... since firebird is made by mozilla? I
had no problem at all getting there with firebird. Oh well,
glad you finally were able to find it. I was beginning to
think I was hallucinating. <G>
