What do you do to prevent uncontrolled snacking in the
evenings? I'm fine during the day, even though I'm home
alone, for the most part. I have trouble remembering to eat
lunch, but I seldom nibble. But after 9pm I'm in trouble.
DH works from 6:30 pm to 6:30 am. Our daughter, son-in-law,
and grandson live with us (I have rheumatoid arthritis, my
husband has heart disease.) and help make life more
enjoyable by taking on the care and maintenance of
everything we can't do. But DGS is in bed around 9pm, and DD
and DSIL usually go up around then, too. And it's me, the
furkids, and the refrigerator. It's too late for sewing
much, so I usually read, ride my bike for a few miles, surf
TV, check out the computer, etc. And snack. And I know it's
boredom and habit. I lecture myself, but still snack.
How do y'all not snack?????
