Cervices are pretty insensitive. (Or else a Pap smear sample would hurt, wouldn't it. <G> It's the
speculum against [unrelaxed] muscles that can cause Pap discomfort. In childbirth, it's the
effacement and dilation of the cervix that is painful.)
It's more likely that the cervix/uterus is in turn, nudging the ovaries. Ovaries are sensitive when
bumped, same as testicles [their homologous equivalent].
