Well, looks like I pushed my limits a little too far this week. Went over goal +2 by 0.8 lbs and had to pay :-(
I will lose it htis week but it was depressing (for about a minute)
I hope everyone else here had a better week.

I can sympathize. I think depression for a minute is a good attitude. Good luck getting back to goal and saving that FEE!

I think it is good that you went and got weighed. So you paid...big deal. You got some feedback and now you can get to losing that weight.

I think it's probably natural to see what happens when we slack a bit, or push limits. The good news is realizing what needs to be done and then doing it.
