  1. Well, looks like I pushed my limits a little too far this week. Went over
    goal +2 by 0.8 lbs and had to pay :-(

    I will lose it htis week but it was depressing (for about a minute)

    I hope everyone else here had a better week.

  4. I can sympathize. I think depression for a minute is a good attitude. Good luck getting back to goal
    and saving that FEE!

    I think it is good that you went and got weighed. So you paid...big deal. You got some feedback and
    now you can get to losing that weight.

    is realizing what needs to be done and then doing it.
