I made this great snack the other day. Spread Good Friends Kashi cereal on a flat pan, spray with I Can't Believe It's Not Butter, sprinkle on a little vanilla powder and Splenda. Then bake for about 15 min. @ 325. Let cool and bag into separate servings of 1 cup. Approx. 1.5 points. It really satisfies my craving for something crunchy and kind of sweet. Much better than just eating the cereal out of the box! Which I have certainly done.
