Hi I hope I don't get flamed for posting this
Last summer I bought a juicer and started using wheatgrass. At the time I was training to walk the
Pennine Way (270 mile walk along the backbone of the UK) I found that after using wheatgrass my
endurance increased and my recovery period was reduced, meaning I could walk 15 - 20 mile a day
without being too tired at the end of each day, and was able to get up the next morning and do it
all again. Anyway, I found out that purchasing wheatgrass locally wasn't so easy, one place had it
sometimes but then could be out of stock for a week or more. I decided to grow it myself and now
have a web site. Anyone from the area that might be interested that's also finding it difficult to
find fresh wheatgrass should take a look. Orders are only taken locally within Manchester UK, (could
go further but the postage on these trays within the UK is equivalent to the price of a tray) Do a
search on wheatgrass and see what you think
