  1. For those thinking of the fast track jump start, go for it! I was stumped on the flex points and
worried about the "starving then binging", but you CAN have the flex points. My leader pointed that
out to me in our last meeting. Sure it's difficult, but it's really working - I fell FULLER than I
used to and NOT deprived. The exercise DVD is really good. Not too difficult at all. I did Richard
Simmons today though - pulled out my old tapes after watching him on HSN (little extra
inspiration). I've lost 7.4 lbs in a month; hopefully the Fast Track will really show results! I
    recommend it highly!

  2. Holly, I agree, I just did the DVD today and it was great, If you are a person that already
exercises a lot do the whole DVD from low intensity all the way through high, it is really good. I
am doing the fast track for the first two weeks of the year also. I just made my goal but would like
to go a little lower, I am at the high end of their goal, this is a good way to get though a plateau
    also. Becky

  5. Thanks for letting us know that you can use the flex points, I didn't think
it was very clear either way. 🙂 I may just try it.
