Can quiches be frozen, and when is the best time to freeze them? Before or after cooking. Does
anyone have any good quiche recipes?

Whoa... sounds like you need to confer with your Gynocologist.

Yes after cooking and best vacuum sealed to keep their flavour.

Yes after cooking and best vacuum sealed to keep their flavour. It's rediculous to freeze quiche, it requires less effort and less time to prepare one fresh than
ghoing to the trouble of preparing to freeze and then to defrost... and after all that it will taste
like [censored]. It make as much sense to freeze quiche as it does to freeze poached eggs.Quoted message said:

anyone have any good quiche recipes?Cooked custard doesn't tend to freeze well, I can see freezing pie shells. It only takes a few
minutes to put together the actual quiche. That might be your best compromise. -
i only freeze ones that i have cooked as i usually eat them cold with salad, however as you can buy
cooked AND uncooked ones from the freezer section then either way is o.k. -
I bake my quiche, cool it, cut it and put in freezer container. I reheat it on a plate or pan in the
oven 350 until heated thru.
