Cant you see that youre wasting your time trying to tailor your training to a generic, one-size-fits-all model that doesnt take into account your individual physiology, riding style, or goals.

    And whats with the constant obsession with watts per kilogram? Do you really think thats the only metric that matters when it comes to cycling performance. What about other factors like endurance, cadence, and technique. Do you just ignore those because they dont fit neatly into your little power curve spreadsheet.

    And dont even get me started on the so-called experts who claim that Zwifts power curve is the holy grail of cycling training. Have you seen their credentials. Most of them are just self-proclaimed coaches with no actual experience or qualifications.
