creating a barrage of doctors to the point that you don't know which was is up and which way is
down! Thus far, what I can determine is that stress, diabetes and thyroid are also tied in a loose
manner to fibro, but that fibro and sleep

its existence is more than we did say... 10 or 15 years ago. It is something close to MS, yet
different. Something close to rheumatoid arthritis, yet also different. For me, it places me in a
powerchair on most occassions. I would guess that many people have
multiple

Yes,

Exactly! I have a thyroid problem, diabetes, neuropathy and bad veins in my legs as well as the
fibro.. I've been told I should not/could not work. And yet I am not disabled. Why? Because aside
from the leg vein problem, there is always hope that I could get better. The Drs. keep wanting to
give me different meds, but all those do is mess me up to where I am totally non-functioning and
fairly well brain dead.

Anyway.... enough of a rant on the subject. I would be very interested in hearing the opinions of
others on this subject, though. How many folks out there are experiencing this type of trouble.
Oh... and there is a
newsgroup

I have been to that NG, but stopped going a while back when one particular woman kept picking
fights and drove a lot of us away. Don't know if she is still there or not. Perhaps I will look
again. I just got sick of seeing all her [censored] and having to sort through the posts looking for
something legit.
