Judging by the jumps, drops and course tape it's almost certainly a DH course on private land. Added
to that, it's in Australia where they don't have the same trail access issues as those of you in the
US. He's actually doing nothing wrong.

whole run except the part where he stacks. He's kicking up dirt in the corners, but can you go that

It's an informed judgement. That's a proper DH course and all the ones I know of are now private.

I'd agree, he does seem to be in control. At least as much in control as anyone can be on a pushbike
off road, I've seen many riders doing both XC and DH under much less Control than this guy.
Regardless of what speed your going there's always an element of danger that you might crash, that's
why we do it isn't it? So where is the "Control" limit? Surely the "Control Your Bicycle" rule is
being adhered to in this example. He doesn't *want* to crash... That, and the fact that the rider is
the current downhill world cup holder would lead me to believe that he knows how to control a bike.?

A front brake is 60% of your braking power. It's how you control your speed WITHOUT skidding. Using
a rear brake for most of your speed control promotes skidding, washboarding, and tearing up the
surface of the trail.
