Uhh Rick, cooters are concave, not convex. Stop with the smokescreen already.

Minus 18 or so windchill here this morning. I only did 4 miles. Daggone antibiotic is causing some
tendon pain.rick++ said:

It's -27 degrees Cel here, or -38 degrees with wind-chill.
I ran a 5 min 1KM outside with shirt+short.
It's a fun run. "Leo" <[email hidden]> wrote in message

I learned about the potential for damage AFTER doing the run. I was taking Levaquin. My doc, kowing
I run, failed to mention the side effect of achilles ruptures.I know, I should have educated myself. Live and learn.
I did not rupture anything, but two tendons sure did hurt like hell. Glad to cipro will do the same
thing. Thanks, LDonovan Rebbechi said:

Similar has happened to even the best of runners. I know of a running coach who is very
experienced/knowlegable who had a similar experience, so you're in good company if nothing else.good luck with the recovery
Cheers,
