You can make one of these yourself with a few pulleys and a bit of time.

I couldn't find one after a short search, but the other way to go is a pair of extensible, locking
poles that you extend and lock so they're pushing against the floor and ceiling just in front of the
wall. Then you attach some hooks to the poles, and walla.

If you're determined to go into the brick wall, ask at Home Depot about the type of drill bit
you'll need, drill some holes and put in some plastic anchors. You'll be able to mount almost any
rack that way.

I use 3 solutions for storing bikes in the basement ... cement walls in my case.

especially now after Christmas. Works nicely for an odd shaped frame.

I like it because it's quick and easy, and I can move it around to use as a work stand of sorts. I
think I paid $15 for mine at an end of the year clearance. It's pretty sturdy on its own but I
filled the tube the base is made from with lead "shot". You can get a bag of lead bird shot cheep
from a gun store ... used by people to reload shotgun shells.

A hook into a ceiling joist only costs about $3, and can be mounted fairly close to the wall. I
prefer to hang my bikes perpendicular to the wall, with the rear tire resting on the wall itself.

Only drill into brick if you absolutely must, it might be hollow. You'll need a 'hammer-drill' with
a masonry bit. Any of those anchors, plastic, lead or epoxy, requires a clean accurate hole.

For hanging a bicycle, a regular drill (ideally with a masonry bit), a hammer and trash Phillips
screwdriver lets you make a deep hole in the mortar lines. The mortar is softer than the brick.
Drive in a tapered wooden bung and cut it off flush. Now you can drill a pilot hole and drive a wood-
screw into the bung to hold your rack.

If you ever change or remove the rack, you're not left with unsightly holes in the brick. The wood
plug can be drilled out and the mortar line more easily patched than the brick.

In fact, I'd consider drilling new mounting holes in the rack before putting a hole in brick.
