This is a recipe that you kind of have to "get" from your grandma, in the
south. You need an Old iron skillet. For starters. Then you have to
caramelize the sugar, which means standing over it for quite a while
stirring at low heat. If you want this, I will dig it out. I have not
measured with this one for a while so I will have to look up the recipe.
And you MUST have new crop Texas pecans of course 🙂.

I love cooking, but don't seem to have the time to devote to it at the moment. I sometimes invite
company over and it's then that I can do something a little different than what I normally have time
