not necessarily so. as this was obviously a parody and they are not trying to profit by infringing on any logos/brands, armstrong would gain very little in going after them. he'd bring more bad publicity on himself and give this youtube bit a higher profile.

It's an obvious parody. Whether anyone takes offense to it or not doesn't change the fact that it's practically immune from legal action in the U.S. Parodies do not defame. They parody. My only problem with this parody is that it wasn't done well enough. Chill out people!

But it was something extinct, that's for sure.

But I'm pretty sure there was a green dinosaur last summer in France, while former yellow dinosaur looked to be chasing him (which wasn't the case so far). Usually it was the yellow one who was running away from the green.
