  3. My pleasure! I've just been making scotch eggs for MBH which I can't have and thank goodness I don't
    particularly like sausage anyway! As you can all see, they are right off my menu!

    recipe: beverages Scotch Eggs

    POINTS® | 14 Servings | 4

    beverages |

    Ingredients

    1 pound pork sausage 4 large egg(s) 1 tsp table salt 1 Tbsp dried parsley
    1/4 cup Dole Green Onions 3 Tbsp dried bread crumbs
    2/8 tsp garlic powder
    3/8 tsp cayenne pepper 2 Tbsp dried bread crumbs

    Instructions

    Mix the meat and seasonings. Dry eggs and roll in flour. Wrap 1/4 mixture around egg and roll in
    second bread crumbs.

    Bake at 400 for 45 min
