  1. Should your leg be level when it's in the 12:00 position? or should it be slight tilted towards the front?

  2. 12 o'clock is pedal at the top of the circle. You'll probably have more luck fitting when the pedal is at the bottom of the circle (6 o'clock).

    BTW, I don't think there's a right answer to your question, the angle of the thigh would depend upon your foot angle as well as the ratio of your calf-to-thigh-lengths.

  3. Thanks in advance. and How do you know if a crank arm is right for you? too long or too short?

  6. Assuming you're legs are not abnormally short or long, I would use something around a 165 to 170mm crankset.
