I was out of milk to make a real crepe batter, so I put a little
butter in a pan and about 2ts of sugar and spread that around.
I laid a large, thin tortilla on top of that and dotted that with
Nutella, dulce de leche, and Townhouse morsels.

The tortilla got nice and toasty, everything on top (inside) got
nice and gooey, and the sugar carmelized right as I rolled it up.
I topped it all off with frozen Cool Whip.
This wasn't gross at all. The carmelized tortilla worked perfect
- great texture and not doughy at all. Molten goo, crunchy sweet
shell, all under a nice cool, fluffy topping. Not unlike an
overgrown canolli.

I would use less filling next time - it was pretty rich. And ice
cream instead of Cool Whip, of course.
