I have a beef kabob recipe that calls for 'shell steak' and I'm not sure
what this is. Is it the same as flank steak or skirt steak?

there are plenty of much more flavorful cuts but you need teeth and

Is it bad if I say that I like skirt steak grilled with some chimi
churri sauce? I dunno, to me it's one of the most flavorful cuts. Mind
you, I use very little sauce.
