Mine is a 4 cup Fry Daddy. :-)
Patience is the key! Don't add too much food at a time and you will get
better results...
Like I said, too much food added at once cools the oil down and not only
will it increase cooking time, you don't get stuff as crispy, and it
will be a LOT more greasy!
Remember, hot and fast! Same as a good skillet for steak!
