I don't work for them. It's not a widely distributed product, I
can't buy it near where I live in upstate NY either. I suppose if
one were to bug the stupidmarket manager to order it. !2 bottles
for $16 is a fair price considering the price of soft drinks
nowadsys... it's the S & H that will make it expensive.
I don't drink soft drinks so it really doesn't matter, but I do like
iced coffee so your post about this coffee soda made me take a look.
I won't be ordering any.

Even though most drank the ice cold ones at the candy store they
still collected the deposit... afterwards you could get your 2 cents
back but most just took 2 cents worth of penny candies instead, or a
soft pretzel, or 3 loosies... loose cigarettes.

Heheh, around here loose cigarettes are called 'joints' and aren't
tamacco 🙂 I haven't seen glass bottles or bottles for deposit in
over 30 years.
Jill
Loose cigarettes are now sold exclusively to crackheads. You can find them
in most ghetto convenience stores along with Chore-Boy®.
Hey, you can buy Chore-Boy anywhere, man. And I myself used to cough for
"ten loose" at the newsstand if I was short on cash.
Quoted message said:At least they *did* stop selling the tiny little roses in glass tubes, but
they had to be ordered to do that by law.
The uses for those was too obvious. It's a wonder they were ever allowed
to be sold.

Musta been. Gas station musta been, too. Never seen scales for sale in
one of those. You sure he wasn't buying them at the stationery store*?
Quoted message said:Yes, I live in the ghetto, as deep into it as you can get.
No, I don't do crack. I've had the *priveledge* of being around enough
losers in my time to observe and learn what certain, apparently innocent
items can be used for.
Sure. Never inhaled, I'll wager.

I could empty this neighborhood and fill the jail within a week. Oh [censored],
it's already full. :-(
'Salright. There's no money in that anyway. Informants get paid [censored].
Take your experience and invest it otherwise.
