It's still too early for breakfast! I'll probably have a bowl of grits or a
couple of pieces of whole wheat toast with a glass of skim milk.

First, I'll work out. Then, I'll fry a couple of eggs and have them
with sausage, cheese, and coffee with heavy cream.

  4. Plain yogurt with some granola from Michigan ...
Jack and Jill's from Maple Hill. Guess that didn't cut it,
since I'm having Cheese & Peanut Butter crackers now.

Breakfast will be lunch, but I can't figure out if I want grilled cheese &
tomato soup, top ramen, or an ear of corn. I guess it kind of depends on
whether the hubby gets rained out today. If he gets rained out, we'll go to
the store and I can decide then.

Oh, and "It's Aloha Friday, no work til Monday....dee do dee do dee do dee

Rained out or not, I vote for the grilled cheese & tomato soup. I've
started almost exclusively using V-8 as tomato soup (unless I make it from
scratch, which is rare). Good stuff!

    Michael,

Yep! I snuck in a buffalo burger yesterday at lunch ("testing the waters"😉
and paid dearly for it later. I won't be doing that again anytime soon.
    Indomethacin provided great relief.

Oh, Andy, I'm sorry for you! Try a decent light fish this weekend, like
pollock, and serve it up with some grilled fresh tomatoes and maybe some
grilled yellow squash. Go easy on yourself, please!

One bowl of Complete Wheat Flakes in whole milk (because I'm out of
skim, how did that happen?) with banana slices and a cup of tea.

Half of a Chorizo (Spanish, not Mexican) diced; scrambled into EggBeaters
with a bit of taco blend cheese, rolled up in a multi-grain tortilla, topped
    with salsa.

Time to replace that One-A-Day vitamin with allopurinol - it works wonders
as a gout preventive. And, its been around forever so its proven and cheap
in generiv - $23 for 90 day supply at Walgreens.

Or find out if it's generic equivalent is available. If so, it may fall
under the <gasp> WalMart $4/30 day supply prescription plan.

I just checked and it is indeed available under that plan.

    Yes, yes, agreed.

Doc said I first had to get over this eposide, saying allopurinol might
aggrevate the existing one even worse.
